Global Terms of Service

Welcome to Whyriez Software Studio. By downloading, installing, or accessing any of our Android applications (including Brixia: Block Puzzle and Secrely), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our software products, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Whyriez software.

2. License Grant

Whyriez grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our Android applications on supported devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Google Play Store Terms.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When utilizing interactive applications, leaderboards, or community features:

• No Malicious Activity: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or inject malicious code into Whyriez software binaries.
• Fair Play & Conduct: Inappropriate, offensive, or hateful usernames on public leaderboards are strictly prohibited.
• Respect Community Safety: Harassment, cyberbullying, hate speech, illegal material, or unauthorized automated spam bots are strictly forbidden.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, logos, software architecture, UI assets, and trademarks associated with Whyriez and its individual applications are the exclusive intellectual property of Whyriez Software Studio.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Whyriez applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Local data and save progress are managed on your device.
