Terms of Service for Brixia: Block Puzzle

Welcome to Brixia: Block Puzzle ("the Game"), developed by whyriez / Whyriez Software Studio. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Usage

• Grant of License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Brixia: Block Puzzle on your Android device for non-commercial personal entertainment.
• Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game without explicit written permission from the developer.

2. Online Leaderboards & Fair Conduct

• Optional Username: Submitting a custom username to the global online leaderboards is optional.
• Appropriate Usernames: If you choose to enter a username, you agree not to use names that are offensive, profane, hateful, defamatory, or infringing on trademarks.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove or rename any leaderboard entry that violates our community standards without prior notice.

3. In-App Advertisements (Google AdMob)

• Ad Services: The Game is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob.
• User Conduct: You agree not to engage in fraudulent clicks, automated bot interaction, or artificial inflation of ad impressions.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Local Data: Local high scores and game progress are stored on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the game will remove your local save data.
